Communication & Marketing Specialist

Workplace: Warsaw or Krakow or Rzeszow

Requirements:

  • higher education,
  • experience in the area of communication and marketing in the construction industry,
  • ease in writing marketing texts,
  • ability to analyze and draw conclusions to implement the best communication and marketing solutions available on the market,
  • skills in planning and organizing marketing activities,
  • very good knowledge of MS Office and graphic programs,
  • very well-developed communication skills - the ability to build good interpersonal relationships,
  • knowledge of English at least level B2.

Responsibilities:

  • developing and updating the strategy and marketing plan,
  • activities to effectively achieve the goals of the marketing plan,
  • preparing data for the marketing budget and supervising its implementation,
  • systematically analyzing the market and monitoring industry trends in order to adapt the marketing strategy to changing conditions,
  • creating a positive image of the Company as an employer and proposing the best solutions in the EB,
  • proactively proposing the best communication channels to build a strong Company brand,
  • organizing marketing events and participating in industry events organized by external entities,
  • managing the website, Newsletter and other communication and marketing Company tools,
  • preparing marketing/promotional materials,
  • reporting to the superior the effects of activities carried out and proposing optimization solutions.
