Controlling Specialist

Workplace: Rzeszów/Kraków

The candidate is expected to have:

  • higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting,
  • at least 2 years of experience and practical knowledge of corporate finance and financial analyses,
  • highly developed skills of analytical thinking and drawing synthetic conclusions and the ability to translate them into management information,
  • the ability to plan their own work, set priorities and cooperate with people at different levels in the organization,
  • a very good knowledge of MS Excel,
  • the knowledge of English language at the level of minimum B2,
  • the ability to work in a dynamic environment,
  • an attitude towards development and knowledge sharing.

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

  • the ongoing verification and cyclical reporting of budgets,
  • analyzing deviations, completeness and consistency of financial data,
  • cooperating with the accounts department, auditors and providing substantive financial support for other departments of the Company,
  • preparing analyses and statements ordered by the supervisor,
  • preparing cross-sectional financial analyses,
  • preparing cash flows for the ongoing contracts,
  • preparing an annual budget and multiannual plans,
  • monitoring the implementation of the budget,
  • assessing the investment projects and preparing proposals and opinions,
  • creating and improving the controlling tools,
  • an ongoing analysis of deviations of revenues and costs,
  • preparing analyses concerning the profitability of the ongoing projects.
