Human Resources Specialist
The candidate will be expected to have:
- a minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of human resource management,
- very good knowledge of human resource management processes,
- knowledge of labour and social security law,
- good work organization, work skills under time pressure,
- knowledge of English, allowing for communication by e-mail and telephone,
- very good communication skills and ease of building relationships,
- interest in professional development in the field of salary calculation will be an additional advantage.
The person employed in this position shall be responsible for:
- coordinating processes of recruitment, onboarding, annual evaluation and development of employees,
- maintenance of employee records,
- support of executives in the implementation of personnel policy and compliance with labour law regulations,
- developing existing solutions in the field of human resources management in the organization,
- calculating salaries.
