Legal and Easement Specialist
The candidate will be expected to have:
- higher education in: Geodesy, Spatial Management, Real Estate Management, Architecture and Urban Planning, Power Engineering, Law, Construction,
- At least 1 year of experience in working in a similar position in the area of construction investments, with particular focus on infrastructural investments, or knowledge of legal provisions in the field of the investment process,
- negotiation skills,
- responsible and reliable,
- strong communication and teamwork skills,
- high standards of personal culture,
- driving license cat. B,
- candidates must be available for frequent business trips,
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- experience in sales in the real estate industry or in planning and spatial development (The Study of Land Use Conditions and Directions [SUiKZP] or Local Spatial Development Plan [MPZP]) will be an additional advantage.

Your responsibilities:
- obtaining legal titles to real estate, including establishment of transmission easement,
- obtaining legal administrative decisions, permits and approvals as part of the investment preparation process,
- analysis of the legal status of individual plots for construction carried out by the Company,
- cooperation with designers, contractors, offices authorities and other institutions at various stages of the investment process, with particular emphasis on planning work carried out by competent administrative authorities and design offices, related to the development or amendment of The Study of Land Use Conditions and Directions [SUiKZP] and Local Spatial Development Plan [MPZP] in municipalities where investments are carried out,
- ongoing reporting of work progress.
