Project Manager

The position involves frequent travelling to the various places of work.

Requirements:

  • technical higher education,
  • at least 5 years of experience in similar role,
  • ability to manage the work of project team,
  • ability to use the schedule of works and analyse design and technical documentation,
  • negotiation skills,
  • decision-making skills and reliability,
  • good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Auto CAD,
  • good knowledge of English,
  • driving license,
  • knowledge of the construction law and transmission network investment processes is welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • managing the project realisation in line with the requirements set in a contract and within the budget and work schedule,
  • supervising the project realisation in line with regulations and company’s standards,
  • supervising and managing the work of project team (approx. 10 employees),
  • controlling the timeliness and quality of works performed by project team members,
  • analysing and monitoring the costs of entrusted projects,
  • supervising the preparation of technical, as-built and acceptance documentation of entrusted projects,
  • contacting with investor representatives
