GRINEA sp. z o.o. with many years of experience in the design and implementation of power facilities, is looking for a candidate for the position:
Paid Internship in Project Management Department
Requirements:
- willingness to undertake internship in Saudi Arabia,
- bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent,
- no experience required,
- motivation and willingness to analyze design and technical documentation,
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- English skills at B2 level,
- driving license.
Responsibilities:
- preparing submissions to the Client regarding drawings, design documentation, materials, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) reports, based on input from the project team,
- supporting the procurement process by preparing purchase requisitions for materials, services and subcontracted works,
- assisting the Project Engineer with weekly and monthly progress reports,
- assisting the Project Manager in preparing official correspondence to the Client, suppliers, and subcontractors,
- maintaining the project documentation register and ensuring documents are up to date and complete,
- reviewing project technical specifications and design documentation, and supporting the project team in day-to-day project activities.

- paid internship, salary – equivalent of 7 000 – 10 000 SAR monthly,

- coverage of costs related to obtaining a residence permit (IQAMA),
- coverage of airfare costs (flight to Saudi Arabia, return to Poland, and two flights from Saudi to Poland per year),
- medical insurance coverage within Saudi Arabia,
- possibility to gain new experience by participating in interesting projects.
