GRINEA sp. z o.o. with many years of experience in the design and implementation of power facilities, is looking for a candidate for the position:
Quotation Specialist
Requirements:
- higher technical education: electrical, electrotechnical engineering or related,
- experience in the electric power field,
- ability to analyze design and technical documentation,
- knowledge of KNR cost estimation,
- ability to negotiate with suppliers of materials and services,
- good own work organization, preciseness, reliability, accuracy,
- communication and teamwork skills,
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- knowledge of the English language at the min. B1 level,
- category B driving license,
- Knowledge of Norma cost estimation program will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- monitoring and searching for quotation requests on the electric power and related industries market,
- participation in the quotation process from the request to the end of the tender procedure,
- analysis of tender documentation (SIWZ, Technical Documentation),
- communication with the client at the offer preparation stage (explanations of the tender document),
- obtaining and negotiating offers from potential materials/services suppliers and subcontractors,
- preparation of valuations, calculations and cost estimates,
- participation in negotiations with the client and/or conducting electronic auctions.
