GRINEA sp. z o.o. with many years of experience in the design and implementation of power facilities, is looking for a candidate for the position:

Design Electrical Engineering Coordinator

Location: Dammam City in Saudi Arabia

The candidate is expected to have:

  • bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
  • a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design,
  • a minimum of 3 years of experience in the OHTL & High voltage S/S substation projects,
  • knowledge of AutoCad, MS Office and Micro-station,
  • English skills at B2 level,
  • driving license.

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

  • ensuring the work performed for particular projects is as per client scope and standards,
  • checking and reviewing drawings, maintaining the list of documents/drawings, removing obsolete documents and maintaining the records,
  • checking the standards of the works executed and verifying conformity to the drawings and technical specifications,
  • maintain Document Transmittal Sheet and track design progress daily,
  • tracking the baseline schedule for design and planning to finish on time,
  • coordinate and attend meetings with the design department of clients, and consultants,
  • preparing complete submittal packages including technical and commercial documents.
