Production Director
The candidate is expected to have:
- technical university degree – preferred fields: Electrical Engineering or related,
- experience in construction/modernization of high and extra-high voltage substations (HV/EHV: 110-380/400 kV), overhead and cable lines, as well as experience with protection, commissioning and substation systems,
- minimum 5 years of managerial experience,
- experience in managing production/operational teams across multiple construction sites,
- project management certificate (PMI, IPMA or equivalent),
- English language skills at least B2/C1 (spoken and written),
- valid driving license.
The person employed in this position will be responsible for:
- supervise Production Division employees in the Branch in Saudi Arabia, assigned to project teams (Site Manager, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Protection Engineer, Commissioning Engineer),
- oversee work at all construction sites in the Branch in Saudi Arabia,
- ensure work is completed according to the contract, approved budget and schedule,
- coordinate and supervise subcontractors at all construction sites in Saudi Arabia,
- prepare reports, analyses, monitor progress, and manage project risks,
- manage technical equipment in the Branch,
- control costs and optimize division expenses,
- manage and handle warranty claims during the warranty period granted to the Client,
- cooperate with the Project Management Division to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery,
- cooperate with the Design Department to provide technical advice during project design and document verification,
- cooperate with the Quotation and Procurement Division to optimize material and service costs (preparing technical requirements, verifying offers, recommending alternative solutions to optimize time and cost),
- manage the Branch car fleet, including fuel, repairs and insurance costs.
