Project Engineer

Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province – Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
  • a minimum of 7 years of experience,
  • recent employment in a similar position on projects related to power infrastructure,
  • ability to use the schedule of works and analyze design and technical documentation,
  • experience in SEC projects,
  • negotiation skills,
  • English skills at B2 level,
  • valid driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • planning and following up on the progress of the technical submittals of the design consultant,
  • planning and following up on the progress of the technical submittals of the equipment,
  • design and engineering support: collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to review plan projects, specifications, and drawings,
  • assisting in project coordination activities, including organizing and tracking documentation, preparing project schedules, and monitoring progress against milestones,
  • reviewing construction drawings and specifications, identifying potential conflicts or discrepancies, and coordinating with the design team for necessary revisions,
  • assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure construction work meets the required standards and specifications,
  • maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and other project-related records,
  • assisting in identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges that arise during the construction process,
  • review of all technical submittals by vendors and suppliers,
  • preparing technical submittals for submission to SEC for approval.
