Project Manager
Requirements:
- title Master of Science in Electrical Engineering,
- a minimum of 10 years of experience,
- recent employment in a similar position on projects related to power infrastructure,
- ability to manage the work of a project team,
- ability to use the schedule of works and analyze design and technical documentation,
- negotiation skills,
- decision-making skills and reliability,
- English skills at B2 level,
- driving license.
Responsibilities:
- developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements,
- creating and managing the project budget, including estimating costs, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met,
- determining the necessary resources, both human and material, required for the project, including assigning and coordinating project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient utilization of resources and successful project delivery,
- developing and maintaining a project schedule that outlines the sequence and duration of construction activities,
- identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, and taking corrective actions to keep the project on track,
- identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project, involving conducting risk assessments, implementing risk management plans,
- controlling that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications, implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and addressing any quality issues that arise during the construction phase,
- effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities,
- implementing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a safe working environment for all project personnel,
- maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and other project-related records.
