Investment Legal Support Specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
- higher education in law,
- ability to identify, analyze, and respond to contractual risks,
- good knowledge of the legal aspects of the investment process in construction,
- practical knowledge of the Public Procurement Law,
- experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, annexes, and agreements,
- excellent knowledge of civil law and the principles of contract drafting,
- independence, reliability, and accountability in performing tasks,
- strong self-organization skills and the ability to work effectively in a team,
- commitment and high motivation to work,
- very good command of English (min. B2), enabling participation in international projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- analyzing tender documentation (ToR/SWZ, Description of the Subject of the Order/OPZ, draft contracts), including identifying legal risks and developing recommendations on the validity of using legal protection measures (appeals),
- supporting the Tendering Department during public procurement proceedings, including participation in preparing inquiries and legal protection measures,
- drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, annexes, agreements, and settlements entered into by the Company,
- providing ongoing contract advisory during the execution of investment projects,
- verifying project correspondence for compliance with legal regulations and contractual terms,
- monitoring project execution in terms of contract compliance and identifying contractual risks,
- supporting Project Managers in preparing contractual correspondence,
- participating in the preparation of requests for contract amendments with investors and negotiating the terms of such amendments,List Item
- analyzing contractual correspondence received from investors and subcontractors in terms of risks and potential disputes,
- participating in negotiations with contractors and project team meetings,
- providing substantive support to the project team regarding the proper fulfillment of contractual obligations.
