Investment Legal Support Specialist
Requirements:
- higher education in law,
- ability to identify, analyze, and respond to contractual risks,
- good knowledge of the legal aspects of the investment process in construction,
- reliability, responsibility, good organizational skills, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- preparing, reviewing, and negotiating legal terms of contracts, annexes, agreements, and settlements concluded by the Company,
- provide ongoing contractual advice on investment projects carried out by the Company,
- verifying project correspondence for compliance with legal requirements and contractual terms,
- monitoring the implementation of investment projects to ensure compliance with the contract in terms of formal obligations,
- supporting the Project Manager in preparing contractual correspondence with investors, subcontractors, and consortium partners,
- supporting the Project Manager in submitting contract modification requests and negotiating the terms of these changes,
- reviewing project-related correspondence from investors and subcontractors to identify risks and potential conflicts,
- supporting the Project Manager during negotiations with contractors and construction meetings with investors,
- substantive support to the project team in ensuring proper fulfilment of contractual formalities.
