Legal and Easement Manager
Requirements:
- higher education in a technical or legal field,
- min. 3 years of experience working in a similar position,
- team leadership and management skills,
- very good knowledge of the law in the formal and legal area of obtaining the right to use real estate for construction purposes,
- negotiation skills,
- knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2.
Responsibilities:
- full coordination of formal and legal procedures in the field of investment preparation,
- coordinating and supervising the process of obtaining the right to use real estate for construction purposes,
- supervision over the timely obtaining of legally required administrative decisions, permits and arrangements as part of the investment preparation process,
- analysis of the legal status of individual plots for construction purposes carried out by the Company,
- supervision arrangements with local government administration and other institutions at individual stages of the investment process,
- ongoing cooperation with the Company's design departments and support during the project implementation stage,
- representing the investor before offices and contractors,
- managing a team of several specialists,
- support for Project Managers in meetings with investors and partners.
