Power Line Design Manager

Workplace: Rzeszow or Krakow

Requirements:

  • higher education in electrical engineering,
  • min. 3 years of experience in a manager position,
  • knowledge of the elements of the design and investment process,
  • knowledge of the principles, standards and regulations in the field of electrical power engineering,
  • knowledge of PLS-CADD software,
  • skills in leading and managing teams of people,
  • knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2.

Responsibilities:

  • planning and coordination of the work of the Lines Department designers to effectively perform assigned design tasks,
  • completeness, timeliness, quality and compliance with regulations and the Investor's requirements of the projects developed in the Department,
  • compliance of costs with budget assumptions about the design documentation prepared in the department,
  • ongoing analysis of the documentation created in the design department in terms of the correctness and feasibility of the designed solutions,
  • substantive support of the subordinate team,
  • support project managers during technical meetings with investors.
