Construction Works Manager
Requirements:
- higher education in the field of construction,
- authorized to manage construction works without limitations in the construction and building specialization,
- ability to analyze design and technical documentation as well as work schedule,
- knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project,
- experience in performing the function of a Construction Works Manager on the GC's side in the implementation of large investments will be an additional asset.
Responsibilities:
- supervision over the implementation of construction works in accordance with the requirements of the contract, technical documentation and work schedules,
- support in the development of construction works schedules and material orders plans,
- supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ work,
- control of the timeliness and quality of works performed,
- solving technical problems on the construction site,
- preparing the construction documentation,
- good cooperation with the Investor's representatives and members of the project team.
