GRINEA traces its origins to ZWSE Rzeszów, one of the oldest Polish companies operating in the power engineering construction sector. For 50 years power engineering has remained the Company's core area of expertise.

MILESTONES
1976
ZWSE Rzeszów was launched as a part of Eastern Region Electricity Distribution Enterprise.
1979-1985
Dynamic growth of the company, and construction of the first 110 kV power transmission lines.
1985-1988
Construction of the first 400 kV power transmission line.
1989
ZWSE Rzeszów becomes an independent, state owned company.
1996
Construction of the first fibre optic line.
1999
ZWSE Rzeszów was transformed into a limited liability company.
2009-2014
Restructuring of the company.
2018
Registration of the Company's branch in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
2019
Implementation of the first design and construction works for PKP Energetyka S.A. in the frames of MUZ II and MUZIII programs.
2022
ZWSE Rzeszów sp. z o.o. was transformed into GRINEA sp. z o.o.
2022
Implementation of the first design and construction works for Saudi Electricity Company.
At present
Today, the Company:
- strengthens its position in the power engineering construction market in Poland and Saudi Arabia,
- expands its involvement in railway power infrastructure projects,
- reinforces its presence in the renewable energy sector (RES),
- implements digital tools and AI-enabled technologies to enhance business management and operational efficiency,
