Site Manager
Requirements:
- title Master of Science in Electrical Engineering,
- a minimum of 10 years of experience,
- recent employment in a similar position on projects related to power infrastructure,
- experience in coordinating direct construction employees and subcontractors,
- ability to analyse design and technical documentation as well as the schedule of works,
- decision-making skills and reliability,
- ability to prepare and review reports on progress,
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- English skills at B2 level,
- driving license.
Responsibilities:
- coordinating construction activities on the site, supervising the Team of engineers and the work of subcontractors reviewing project progress and keeping work on schedule and within budget,
- submitting requests to the Purchasing Department for supplies of materials and equipment, monitoring deliveries,
- responsible for maintaining order at the site by organizing garbage collection and ensuring that materials and items are organized,
- managing the schedules of contractors, suppliers and employees. Organizing daily activities and supervising the work of employees on the site. Coordinating employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage,
- assessing risk on the site by identifying potential problems and finding strategies to mitigate them,
- ensuring that the site complies with health and safety guidelines,
- preparing construction reports, informing various stakeholders about the project's progress,
- checking designs and drawings. Ensuring that as-built drawings accurately reflect the completed work.
