Site Manager
Workplace: Dammam in Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
- a minimum 15 years experience in relevant area,
- experience in coordinating direct construction employees and subcontractors,
- ability to analyse design and technical documentation as well as the schedule of works,
- decision-making skills and reliability,
- ability to prepare and review reports on progress,
- good knowledge of MS Office, PromaVera (P6),
- English skills at B2 level,
- driving license,
- work experience in the Middle East countries will be additional advantage.

Responsibilities:
- managing the construction works concerning power lines and substations in compliance with relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- managing the construction works in line with the requirements set in a contract, technical documentation, work plans and schedules,
- scheduling the construction works and material supplies,
- coordinating the work of own and subcontractors’ building teams,
- controlling the timeliness and quality of performed works,
- complying with the project budgets,
- maintaining the construction documentation,
- preparing the as-built and acceptance documentation,
- cooperating with the members of project teams.
