GRINEA sp. z o.o. with many years of experience in the design and implementation of power facilities, is looking for a candidate for the Branch in Saudi Arabia for the position:

Site Manager

Location: Al Hofuf region in Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

  • title Master of Science in Electrical Engineering,
  • a minimum of 10 years of experience,
  • recent employment in a similar position on projects related to power infrastructure,
  • experience in coordinating direct construction employees and subcontractors,
  • ability to analyse design and technical documentation as well as the schedule of works,
  • decision-making skills and reliability,
  • ability to prepare and review reports on progress,
  • good knowledge of MS Office,
  • English skills at B2 level,
  • driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • coordinating construction activities on the site, supervising the Team of engineers and the work of subcontractors reviewing project progress and keeping work on schedule and within budget,
  • submitting requests to the Purchasing Department for supplies of materials and equipment, monitoring deliveries,
  • responsible for maintaining order at the site by organizing garbage collection and ensuring that materials and items are organized,
  • managing the schedules of contractors, suppliers and employees. Organizing daily activities and supervising the work of employees on the site. Coordinating employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage,
  • assessing risk on the site by identifying potential problems and finding strategies to mitigate them,
  • ensuring that the site complies with health and safety guidelines,
  • preparing construction reports, informing various stakeholders about the project's progress,
  • checking designs and drawings. Ensuring that as-built drawings accurately reflect the completed work.
