Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- higher technical education,
- minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager,
- experience in managing investment or technical projects, preferably in the power industry,
- ability to manage the project budget and schedule,
- ability to manage project risks,
- ability to analyse project and technical documentation, as well as work schedules,
- negotiation skills with suppliers of materials and services,
- good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project,
- good knowledge of English,
- category B driving license,
- willingness to travel for work within Poland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- comprehensive project management in accordance with contract requirements, as well as the company’s internal procedures,
- managing the project budget and schedule at every stage of the project,
- coordinating the work of the project team and monitoring task execution,
- analyzing the progress of construction works, formulating recommendations and implementing optimal solutions,
- managing project risks, identifying potential threats, and taking preventive and corrective actions,
- supervising the payment and invoicing process for individual stages and handling final settlements,
- maintaining regular communication with the investor's representatives and the technical team,
- managing communication and taking effective action in crisis situations.
